Clarise McCants, The Organizing Center

I am the Co-Director of The Organizing Center. We are a training home for organizers and organizations working to build a base, and the power of, Black and Brown, poor and working class, women and gender-oppressed people. Our offerings develop the fundamental skills of organizing (like one-on-ones and leadership development), coalition building skills, as well as the resilience practices that support organizers to meet their organizing and political commitments for the long-haul.
